Traditionally used as a female reproductive tonic, and menstrual regulator, particularly for women with low vitality or fatigue.

Anti-inflammatory, Uterine antispasmodic, Uterine tonic, Circulatory stimulant.

Ashwaganda – Withania Somnifera

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support the nervous system, it is referred to as a powerful adaptogen, which enhances the body’s resilience to stress. Often used to help treat anxiety, low mood, and insomnia, as well as balancing female hormones.

Chaste Tree – Vitex Agnus-Castus

Traditionally used to help treat PMS, irregular cycle, mood regulation, as an ovulation stimulant and to balance female hormones. Also used to help reduce menstrual irregularities, including amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, PMS, hormonal acne, hypothalamic, pituitary-ovarian axis regulator.

Our naturopath has carefully formulated this blend to naturally support female hormone balance through the reproductive years. Herbs used in this blend such as chaste tree, dong quai and withania, have traditionally been used to help regulate the female menstrual cycle, support skin health, balance mood, and modulate hormones. This tonic is an earthy and subtly sweet blend, balanced with refreshing hints of mint.
