Ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to reduce and relieve spontaneous sweating. Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve disturbed and restless sleep.

TENSION RELIEF: Black Cohosh is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic and as a calmative to relax the nervous system. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C maintain and support nervous system health and function.

ENERGY + GENERAL WELLBEING:  Vitamin B6 maintains and supports energy production and energy levels. Vitamins C and E are antioxidants that reduce free radicals formed in the body. Vitamins D3 and Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) maintain and support bone health and help support bone mineralisation.

Directions & Warnings

Adults only. Take 2 tablets with water once daily, after food, in the morning, or as directed by your health professional.

Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.

Warning: In very rare cases, Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.

Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.

Contains sulfites.
